"My experience was not up to my expectations. I felt the process was rushed and incomplete. This inspection missed problems with appliances and maintenance issues that were not detected or not reported. The ice maker in the refrigerator clearly was not working and was disconnected. Needed to be replaced. The Air Conditioner needed repairs that should have been recommended for scheduled maintenance. The inspection was done as scheduled but installation problems were missed. Electrical outlets in the Kitchen were loose and not installed properly. Cover plates are not flush with the tile because the electrical outlets were not secured correctly. The garage door opener needed a battery backup which we purchased. I suggest to find an inspector on your own and not trust your Realtor for a recommendation."
