Joe Nugent founded Joe the Home Pro in Southwest Florida back in 2015. After working in hospitality for nearly 20 years, Joe was tired of hearing stories of people being taken advantage of and knew he could find a better way of helping people in the home service industry. Bringing his passion for helping people, Joe launched his own home inspection business, perfecting his process along the way.

Today, Joe the Home Pro is an established business in Southwest Florida, and Joe has decided to expand nationally. By finding ambitious and hard-working entrepreneurs, Joe has created a comprehensive licensing business model that equips owners with everything they need to launch and grow their home inspection business quickly and easily. Joe wants others to benefit from his lessons learned along the way and hit the ground running to better this industry nation-wide!
