Joe the Home Pro Celebrates 10 Years of Excellence in Home Inspection
NAPLES, Fla. – What a decade it’s been! Joe the Home Pro Home Inspection is proudly celebrating 10 years of serving the Southwest Florida community with trusted, top-tier inspection services. Founded in 2015 by local entrepreneur Joe Nugent, what started as a one-man operation has grown into a powerful, multi-inspector team that's completed over 11,000 inspections across nine cities.
And we’re just getting started.
Over the last ten years, Joe the Home Pro has become a household name known for accuracy, innovation, and unbeatable client care. We’ve built partnerships with more than 500 real estate professionals, expanded into Sarasota, and now—drum roll please—we’re officially expanding into Tampa. Plus added our first of 250 Licensees nationwide.
Our first licensee, Mike Schmitt from Lynchburg, VA, has officially signed on, marking the beginning of a bold new chapter for Joe the Home Pro. Our goal? Launching 250 licensed locations within the next five years, each one carrying the same spirit of integrity, excellence, and community that started it all here in Naples.
