Today, he brings those same values to every home inspection. He understands that buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest investments, and he is committed to providing honest, thorough inspections while ensuring every client feels informed and supported throughout the process.

With a career built around serving others, she is also a local insurance agent and the founder of the nonprofit organization that produces the Columbus Festival of Lights, one of the largest holiday parades in Indiana.
Amy's passion for helping people extends into every aspect of the business. She oversees all marketing, client outreach, and community relationships, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed, supported, and valued. Her dedication to service, strong community ties, and family-first values help make the company a trusted resource for homeowners throughout the area.
Trynten
Home Inspector
Born and raised in Columbus, Indiana, Trynten graduated from Columbus East High School in 2024 and has been dedicated to the skilled trades from an early age. He has worked with the same family-owned HVAC company since before graduating, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of residential systems.
Known for his meticulous nature and attention to detail, Trynten takes pride in doing things the right way. His commitment to accuracy, reliability, and thoroughness helps ensure clients receive the information they need to make confident decisions about their homes. As part of our family-owned business, he is dedicated to providing honest service and treating every client with care and respect.
Lucy
Pawblic Ambassador
Born in Michigan just like her dad, Lucy takes her role as Pawblic Ambassador very seriously… at least when she's not napping on the job. As the official four-legged member of our family-owned team, Lucy makes sure the team keeps tails wagging throughout the inspection process.
Lucy specializes in greeting visitors, boosting team morale, and reminding everyone that a little kindness goes a long way. While her inspection skills are still up for debate, her dedication to customer service, belly rubs, and quality control treats is second to none.
When she's not hard at work, Lucy enjoys naps in the sun, supervising family activities, and being the most pawsitively adorable member of the company.
